Yes, as long as we are able to accommodate. 


Yes, you can place an order online and choose “Local Delivery”, “Pick-Up @ Downtown Troutdale Artistree Store” when making your choice how you want to receive your order. We will package up your order and deliver it to the Artistree NW store in downtown Troutdale, address below.

This is currently the only local pick-up option available.


Note, depending on our availability, time/day the order is placed, will greatly determine when the order will be available for pick-up. 

  

We cannot give you an exact time frame as to when we will be able to have your pick-up order ready. In many cases, we are busy with events over the weekend, and sometimes Thursday through Sunday we are totally unavailable.


The Artistree NW store owner and staff merely act as pick-up location ONLY. They are not part of the transaction or packaging process. You can also shop at the Artistree NW store.  They carry most of our products and we try our best to keep them well stocked.


  

Buzz like a bee buzz, yes, but if we say it's organic that's because it's been certified or the manufacture, we use says it is. We will not make that claim on our own. For example, our Wood Rub is local Oregon Beeswax with USDA and Oregon Tilth Certified Organic MCT oil. 


Additionally, when available we have Organic Beef Tallow. When it is not available, we use the same beef tallow that is Grass Fed, Grass Finished, non-GMO, Pesticide Free, Hormone Free, and Antibiotic Free. We will not use anything else. We do not render our own tallow. We source through a trusted and reliable supplier. Organic tallow is less than 1% of the tallow market in the United States. There are however many ranches and producers that follow USDA certified processes but are not certified. We hope to help grow that percentage and always provide certified organic tallow and support the producers in furthering organic practices. 


  

Great questions! 

Chatbot is an AI tool that takes your questions and searches out our entire website for a good response. Not all questions can the chatbot give a response. In most cases, chatbot will tell you to email us.  If you have not created an account or filled out a contact form with us. The chat just shows “guest user” and we have no way of replying after the fact. Unless you left contact information in the chat (email/phone #). Yes, we can see all of the chat logs with Chatbot. 


When first emailing, refrain from sending attachments. There is a higher likelihood for a spam filter to block the email and we will never receive it. Just like you, we get spam, phishing, and other spoof emails too. Those filters are there to help protect us all. 


Lastly, it’s only two of us that manage everything. Yes, just two of us that create, design, manufacture, produce, write posts, emails, package, ship, etc. We don’t have enough time to respond all hours of the day and night. Trust us when we say, all hours of the day and night people request to speak to a human. I know, we seem super humans and all, but unfortunately, we are not.

We ship Monday through Friday. Orders received Friday afternoon and over the weekend will be shipped on Monday.


Summertime shipping of tallow. We ice pack orders that we believe will travel through hot areas or in summer. Depending on the location and the date of the order, we may hold shipping the order for a couple of days, if it appears will sit at the post office over a weekend. Example: It’s August, a 4oz whipped tallow is order on Thursday afternoon and it’s being shipped to Florida. We will probably hold that shipment until Monday morning. We do not want the package to sit for too long and get too warm or hot.


All of these practices are to ensure that you receive your items in the very best condition. As if you bought from us in person. That is our aim, and we thank you for being easy-going and considerate with any additional days it takes to receive your items. 


*Backorders of tallow products may incur additional shipping days.  If an order is placed with an item that is also back ordered. We will ship the entire order together. In most cases, we have extra on-hand beyond what we list available; however, in cases that we do not, we will make it and ship it with the rest of the order. Why do we do this? Save on the cost of shipping, handling, and packaging. If you do not want any additional delays, please place separate orders from items that can be backordered. This will ensure there are no delays in receiving your other items. All orders under $50 will incur shipping fees.

   

Customers outside the USA. Please follow the link to our eBay page, Cole Crafted eBay. That is where we conduct business outside of the USA. They perform all of the required documents to ship internationally, remit taxes and tariffs. Something we are not equipped to handle at this moment.
